What treatment is covered under the NHS?
The amount you will have to pay depends on the treatment you require. Each treatment is categorized into one of three pricing bands set by the NHS for England and Wales. For further information please see our treatment cost page.

What facilities do you provide for wheelchair users?
Our practice in Stratford attempts to cater to all those in society. We have a chair lift, wide corridors and a disabled toilet on the premises to make access as easy as possible for all. In addition, we have a hearing loop and speak many languages including Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, and Farsi.

I require an emergency appointment, what should I do?
If you are an existing NHS patient, under a current course of treatment with the practice you will not be charged an emergency fee. However, if the emergency is unrelated to the Course of Treatment you will be charged the NHS Urgent Treatment Fee.
All New Patients requiring an Emergency Appointment will be charged a Private Emergency fee of £45 plus any additional treatment costs during the visit. For any new patients who would like to join the practice, that do not require an appointment within 48 hours the Emergency Fee will not apply
